Brent Ballard
Broker Associate/Team Lead - Lic #01297151
Mr. Ballard has been selling, acquiring and managing millions of dollars of real estate in the Los Angeles Area for over 19 years. He has experience in residential single family homes and multifamily properties and has closed over 330 transactions in his career, including over $50M in 2020 alone. With his own personal portfolio of income generating real estate, Mr. Ballard brings an “owners perspective” to every deal he undertakes. Mr. Ballard earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, while also working in the public relations and marketing division of the athletic program. Upon graduating in 1999 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Management, he earned his real estate broker’s license and began work in the real estate and property management field. Brent also has a master’s degree in Business Education. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching the Rosemont Middle School basketball team, and playing golf.
Trey Ballard

Raised locally in Southern California and in a family of brokers, contractors, and property managers, Trey was raised well-versed in all things real estate. Looking to carry on the family business as a fourth-generational agent, he went on to graduate with a degree in Construction and Facilities Management from Brigham Young University, understanding different perspectives on the real estate process. Being the son of Brent, he’s excited to bring new energy and diligence to becoming a reliable and trustworthy real estate professional, learning from his father’s experience as time goes on. Driven by a commitment to client satisfaction, he is dedicated to helping individuals and families find their dream homes and make sound investment decisions. When he isn’t studying the market, Trey enjoys golfing, surfing, snow skiing, and basketball.
